About the gathering
Most places, showing up in full gear means a few double-takes and a couple of questions you're tired of answering. Here, it just means you fit right in.
For four days, the whole resort is ours — no outside guests, no explaining yourself to anyone. Moto riders end up trading stories with turnout gear collectors. A hockey goalie compares notes with someone decked out in full football pads. It's an unlikely mix on paper, and it works because everyone's here for the same reason: gear, taken seriously, without needing to explain why.
Some of it's loud — the pool, the bar, everyone talking gear at once. Some of it's quieter. Both are the right way to do it. Come for whichever one you're in the mood for.
The experience
We've got the entire property to ourselves for four days — no outside guests, no strangers wandering through. Here's what that actually means once you're on-site.

Planned excursions
We're planning a few group excursions for the week. They're optional, and they're an extra cost — not included in registration or your room. Details and pricing will be shared as each one is finalized.
Head out of town and ride the Nevada desert on an ATV, together with the rest of the group.
Prefer a seat and a passenger? Take a side-by-side out on the same desert trails.

What it costs
Registration and your room are separate, booked in separate places, and neither one includes the other. Here's exactly what each covers.
Covers your spot at the gathering and a hot breakfast every morning. All other meals are on your own — there's a restaurant on-site plus plenty more nearby. A signed waiver and agreement to the code of conduct are required before you're checked in.
Priced by room type: King (sleeps 2) or Double Queen (sleeps 4), each available as Standard, Courtyard-view, or Suite. All prices include taxes and resort fees — no surprises at checkout. Full pricing and booking is on the room reservation site.

"View" rooms face the courtyard, with either a patio or a balcony overlooking it. Suites add a separate seating area. Prices include taxes and resort fees. King rooms sleep 2, Double Queen rooms sleep 4 — splitting a room brings the per-person cost down.
